The SX60 Cartoner is capable of maintaining speeds of up to 350 cartons per minute, offering greater product throughput while requiring less maintenance. The SX60 utilizes rotary carton set-up for unsurpassed reliability. The result is a carton set-up mechanism that has virtually no-wear parts, no timing adjustments and faster changeover capabilities.

Multi-axis servo drive system for all mechanical functions eliminates problems associated with chain stretch. Maintenance is greatly reduced as the machine has no lower drive system. Thiele’s patented Load/No Load decision maker is also featured. Wasted product and jams are significantly reduced as the machine only loads properly erected cartons. Product loading is gentle and accomplished by use of turn-ground and polished loader shafts and a gradual cam profile.
