The ServoPro Knock Down Case Packer automatically loads a variety of products into regular slotted cases (RSC style) and half slotted cases (HSC style). The ServoPro is an all servo four-station case packer that handles cases up to 15 in. at up to 28 cases per minute.

When used with a Thiele loader and infeed system, the Series 8144 knock down case packers automatically:

• feed corrugated blanks
• erect and position blanks for loading
• fold the blanks around the end product
• close and seal flaps and joints

The ServoPro case packers offer quiet, low maintenance operation. This case packer features opposing vacuum cups that increase production by assuring reliable opening of cases. Mechanical case feeding of these two-station case packers guarantees positive control of each case throughout the loading, flap folding, and sealing processes.
