The Series 4420 automatically selects, erects, squares and seals the bottom flaps of regular-slotted (RSC), full overlap (FOL), and half-slotted (HSC) corrugated cases. Speeds of up to 30 cases per minute are possible, depending upon the model configuration and case size.

It handles:

• regular-slotted (RSC) cases
• half-slotted (HSC) cases and
• full over lap (FOL) cases

at speeds up to 16 cases per minute, depending on the model configuration and case size.

The ProPacer is equipped with a 6' right-angle powered magazine. This magazine automatically indexes the next stack of cases into position after the previous stack has been depleted. Thiele’s unique case selection system, which selects one case at a time from the top of the stack, enables the machine to handle warped board and other corrugated variations. Opposing vacuum cups in the erecting station allows the Series ProPacer to slowly separate the case as it is being erected, thereby effectively breaking the score lines and any possible over glued manufacture’s joint.
