Thiele's Z-Pro Four Station Case Packer is fully automatic as well as compact, flexible, and cost efficient. It can handle speeds of up to 25 cases per minute.
This Z-Pro, in four stations on a single level, can produce four types of packaging:
- trays
- preglued (RSC) end-load cases and
- wraparound cases
The packaging process takes place in four steps - from case forming to final compression. This results in smooth handling of both product and cases.
During all operations, the case is under positive control which produces a square, tight, attractive, and often space-saving package. In the case of the wraparound package, there are also significant stacking strength advantages.
