Improve pallet separation performance!
Thiele Technologies' Pallet Separation Unit upgrade offers an innovative design that uses camroll type bearings. They roll on inner flanges of a mast beam, reducing friction and improving performance when fully loaded. In addition, the load bearing components are replaceable as individual spare part items.
The pallet separation fork tines are driven by an improved gear reducer, designed to withstand the torque placed upon the drive shaft. As the fork tines extend and retract, the camrolls control the fork tines and carriage movements, eliminating excessive tilting.
