Thiele Technologies' Palletizer Touchscreen Operator's Control Station upgrade replaces the push-button type control panel with a touch-activated screen. The operator screens include:
- Systems screen
- Operator's Run screen
- Product Select and Modify Counters screen
- Diagnostic History screen
The touchscreen contains software that lets the operator communicate directly with the PLC (programmable logic controller). Easily make adjustments without a laptop computer and software. Besides required control buttons, the touchscreen displays fault messages, status messages and help messages.
