Thiele's Indexing Belt Layer Forming Conveyor minimizes bag distortion during palletizing. It also provides a reliable and low maintenance drive arrangement. The belt automatically indexes each bag. The belt turns on and off until an entire row of bags is ready to be pushed.
The innovative flat belt design, in lieu of continuously running rollers, eliminates bag distortion and bag marking. With precision control you can create just the right gap between bags without needing pop-up stops for pallet layers.
