Thiele's ServoPro Intermittent Motion Tray Packer is a fully automatic tray packaging system. It loads a variety of products into corrugate trays made from corrugate blanks. When used with a Thiele loader and infeed system, the ServoPro Tray Packer automatically:
- feeds corrugated blanks
- erects and positions blanks for loading
- folds the blanks around the end product
- closes and seals flaps and joints for palletizing
The ServoPro Tray Packer offers quiet, low maintenance operation. It features a low profile magazine and completely mechanical operation for unsurpassed durability. Mechanical case feeding of this 4-station tray packer guarantees positive control of each case throughout the loading, flap folding, and sealing processes. A single line shaft synchronizes all mechanical operations.
