Thiele's ServoPro High Speed Continuous Motion Case Packer, is fully automatic and loads a variety of products into:
- wrap around
- regular slotted case (RSC)
- knock down or
- tray-style cases
When used with a Thiele loader and infeed system, the ServoPro case packers automatically:
- feed corrugated blanks
- erect and position blanks for loading
- fold the blanks around the end product
- close and seal flaps and joints for palletizing.
The ServoPro High Speed Continuous Motion case packers offer quiet, low maintenance operation. They feature a low profile magazine and completely mechanical operation for unsurpassed durability. Mechanical case feeding of these case packers guarantees positive control of the case throughout the loading, flap folding, and sealing processes. A single line shaft synchronizes all mechanical operations.
