Incredible versatility, impressive accuracy and high speed make Thiele's Series 30 Rotary Motion Placer-Denester perfect for literature or shallow-tray feeding, multi-task assembly and denesting applications. Rotary motion is the key.
This high-speed placer can handle literature sizes ranging from 1 in. x 1 in. to 6 in. x 6 in. at speeds up to 600 cycles per minute. Moreover, it can handle tray or plate sizes ranging from 2 in. x 2 in. x 1/4 in. deep up to 5 in. x 6 in. x 1 in. deep at speeds up to 200 cycles per minute.
You can choose from six basic types of Series 30 Rotary Motion Placer heads including:
- 2-Head, 5 in. arm
- 4-Head, 5 in. arm
- 2-Head, 7-3/4 in. arm
